Dr. Simbiat Adighije is a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in NY and NJ. She received her undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Rutgers University and her Doctorate degrees from University of Science, Arts and Technology, Montserrat. She believes in personalized treatment plan for each patient that may include psychotherapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy or behavioral activation. Treatment may also involve psychopharmacology (medications) based on patient's needs and clinical indication.
