Sherna Constant has been an Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) since 2017 and as an AGNP, I have been trained to treat patients from adult to the elderly. I can assess, diagnose, and treat most conditions that present to the clinic. I understand patients with complex conditions sometimes need to be referred to a physician or a specialist. I obtained my postmaster in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) since 2019 and I am trained to treat the whole family, from children to the elderly. I Started in the nursing field since 2009 and I spent half of my career in nursing management. I oversaw the nursing department and ensured the hospital is running as per guidelines. My goal is to provide holistic care to all my patients. I am also focused on teaching patients about maintaining a balance for optimal health.
