Khaula Raza NP - C was born in Pakistan and has lived in Houston for twenty years. Achieved Bachelor's Degree in Arts from University of Karachi, Associate Degree in Nursing with Honors from Houston Community College of Houston, Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington, and Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. An active member of Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurse Association (GAPNA) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). K. Raza is dedicated to providing excellent adult and geriatric patient care with thorough assessment, accurate daignosis, and most effective treatment. Being a strong proponent of education, K. believes in patient education, awareness, and involvement in medical health care decisions.
