As one of life's greatest challenges is dealing with death of a loved one, I have gained an in depth understanding of grief after serving over 12 years as a grief counselor in a hospice setting.I am an eclectic therapist in that I utilize techniques tailored to each individual's unique perspective and challenges they are currently facing. My style mixes Cognitive Behavioral, Brief Solution Focused and Dialectical Behavior Therapies.I am of the belief that people have greater inner strength then they realize and have great potential for growth.
