I specialize in relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, self-esteem and identity, grief and loss, family conflict, 1st and 2nd generational therapy, and general difficulties that you may experience from major and minor life transitions.I take an integrative approach where I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which focuses on identifying and challenging negative thinking patterns, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness based interventions.
