I am ready to embark on a new, exciting, and challenging nursing opportunity. I have 37 years of nursing experience working in large, mid-size and critical access hospitals. Also worked in a busy family practice physician office in the past. My most recent position was as Chief Nursing Officer in a critical access hospital as nurse executive. I have my Master's degree in Nursing- Leadership & Management. In 2018 I earned by Certification in Nurse Executive Practice. I have overseen many hospital projects such as EMR implementation, Meaningful Use attestation, Bedside reporting implementation, Shared Governance Practice structure implementation, and Daily Safety Huddle implementation.
