I have over 25 years clinical experience in neurological Occupational Therapy services skills including assessment, report writing, and goal orientated client centred neurological programmes in the inpatient, outpatient and community setting in both public and private settings in UK and Australia. I have developed specialist therapy skills in functional assessment and treatment of physical, cognitive and behavioural difficulties following ABI and long term neurological conditions, with experience in case management, care needs planning as well as prescribing equipment for independent living, seating/posture and functional mobility. I have a special clinical interest in the areas of cognitive rehabilitation, upper limb treatment, community participation skills and clinical research; and have held management and leadership roles that allowed me to develop skills in staff management and recruitment, education, service planning and operational management.
