Some challenges that I focus on are depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and socio-cultural issues.Many years of non-profit employment have afforded me the opportunity to work with a vast array of clients who struggle with managing symptoms of depression, symptoms of anxiety, substance abuse, chronic mental illness, trauma, family issues, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and socio-cultural issues.During our first session, we will identify your needs, strengths, and goals.
