I have a heart for young adults and anyone going through major life transitions. College students, student athletes, newlyweds, new parents, young professionals, everyone is welcome! This time in life can be hard to navigate; we are often trying to figure out who we are, how our past is playing a role in our present, and who we want to be. I know with these life transitions there can be anxiety, depression, and so many other mental challenges mentally. I would love to work through these things with you. Other specialties include teenagers, stress management, religious trauma, and women's issues.When counseling, I believe in being empathetic, caring, and nonjudgmental. I value the therapeutic relationship because it can be foundational for change and growth. I am typically drawn to solution-focused therapy and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).
