I am currently a rotational Band 5 Occupational Therapist in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board at St Cadoc’s Hospital. I am working as an occupational therapist in the Primary CAMHS and Community Embedded team, providing assessment and intervention to children, young people and their families. I am also actively seeking out CPD opportunities such as training courses and workshops to enhance my current skills and to learn even more. I have previously completed 3 practice placements in Community and Ward Based Mental Health, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Intensive Care. I am a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping others. I am excited to have started a career in which I can inspire and empower others to live their lives the way they want to, pushing through barriers that may currently prevent them to do so.
