Occupational Therapist who graduated from The University of Liverpool with a BSc Hons Degree (2015). Currently working in a static specialist post within a Rapid Response/ Urgent Care team since July 2019. Previous vast experience working as a strong member of the MDT within elderly medicine, elderly mental health settings, complex inpatient neuro rehabilitation, acute trauma, trauma rehabilitation, orthopaedics and emergency assessment unit. With a huge interest in improving patient care through service and quality improvement. Such as taking lead on audits, presenting in-service trainings and attending patient flow meetings. Other supervisory and management experience including supervising occupational therapy students, therapy assistants and band 5 occupational therapists. Attending Bolton University to complete Master's Module in Management within the NHS setting.
