Dr. Montes is a native of Freeport, Texas. He graduated as valedictorian from Brazosport High School, prior to attending the University of Texas - Pan American. He was part of the inaugural class of both his medical school at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and residency at Medical City Arlington. Dr. Montes is a board-certified family medicine physician and he looks forward to serving the community he grew up in.
