Dr. Hannah Polus is a Family Physician. She sees patients at PrimeCare Health, which is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Dr. Polus specializes in the care of underserved patients, including those who are underinsured and uninsured. She is dedicated to serving patients in need. Dr. Polus earned her Medical Degree from Saint Louis University and completed her residency training at West Suburban Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
