For the last 15 years I have worked within supported housing and the voluntary sector as a Project Manager. I have always strived to deliver the best possible leadership that I can, mindful of the huge importance that staff play in this. I am passionate about people and particularly those less fortunate and vulnerable, I have always applied a solution focused approach and a "can do" philosophy during my career. I have a strong work ethic and apply an "industrious" approach to tasks that are target driven. I worked in the retail industry for a number of years and that is where I learnt about commercialisation, profit and loss and customer service. I would like to make a difference to peoples lives wherever possible, however small but a difference that supports, encourages and empowers individuals to recognise their own potential.
