I am qualified Sensory Integration Practitioner and Occupational Therapist currently in a Band 7 Clinical Lead post working for the Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. I work both within children’s service and the adults Intensive Support Team. Previous experience includes 7 years of project management experience and over 14 years’ experience working in the performing arts industry. Managing and working with a wide section of the community using the arts as a tool to engage, empower and develop personal and social skills. Excellent time management skills, an effective team player but equally confident at working independently and is able to use initiative and problem solve with ease. Ability to be able to take on board feedback and not is not afraid to step outside their comfort zone.
