And Support stack upgrades.  Responsible for managing all ABAP Development delivery for MCP factory kernel for 4 years.  QA Lead for team of 6 developers in Technical Design validation area from 2006 to present.  Experience with ABAP/4 programming in SCM, SD, & MM Modules.  Good Experience with ABAP/4 Workbench, Dialog programming, Data Dictionary, User Exits, BADI, SAP Scripts & Smart Forms and Web Dynpro.  Experience in Classical and Interactive reports.  Experience & knowledge in EDI, ALE, IDOC, BAPI, RFC & Interfaces.  Good experience Debugging Skills and in Conversions using BDC Programs and LSMW for developing objects.  Involved in the Business Blueprint, Realization, Final preparation, Go Live & Support phases.  Involved in Unit testing, Integration Testing, and Documentation, production support, Debugging, Performance Tuning & Knowledge transfer to the functional/technical end users.  Knowledge of HP-ALM, work centers and Mercury scripting.  Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
