I am lucky enough to work with an amazing team of friendly, professional and incredibly supportive people at Scientia Skills. We specialise in the core training programmes needed to run an effective community pharmacy from our free Introduction to pharmacy training all the way through to our innovative pre-registration programme. With over 20 years experience in community pharmacy, Scientia Skills was founded after working for Alliance Pharmacy, Boots and Alliance Healthcare in roles ranging from Pharmacy Management through to Operations and latterly Professional Training. My passion for pharmacy, coupled with extensive expertise in both operations and training have enabled me to provide leading consultancy services and develop high quality, easy to use training programmes that work. I am committed to improving public health by inspiring and creating well-trained pharmacy team members throughout the country.
