Maria Jose Montoya, PA-C was raised in Honduras and came to the United States to pursue her love of medicine, psychology, research, and service. She graduated from Baylor College of Medicine as a Physician Assistant. Maria believes in providing individualized, integral care that caters to a patient's values, background, and goals in order to achieve a more healthy, fulfilling life. She hopes to create a space founded in compassion and empathy where her patients know they will receive not only the best medical care but can also count on her for support in other aspects of life. In Maria's spare time, she enjoys listening to music and attending concerts, traveling, drawing/painting, writing, and community service activities.
