Depending on your child’s needs and abilities, and your priorities as a parent, an assessment may include: Standardised assessment (formal and scored with age norms against the general population) Parent interview Clinical observations Functional skills assessment School/nursery visit or telephone discussion with teaching staff Provision of a detailed report Following assessment, recommendations will be made and a plan discussed with you.
