I work in a warm, supportive and conversational way, with the aim of establishing a strong and trusting relationship with you, where we can explore your experiences, feelings and concerns together. This will provide you with a deeper understanding of yourself and a sense of what options you may have for positive change in your life.Our first session is an opportunity for us to meet and for you to tell me something of your story. This is also a time for us to consider if we are a good 'fit' for each other and how we might work together to bring change.
