I have consistently demonstrated the ability to effectively prioritize the writing of care plans and management of multiple caseloads. Consequently, I have developed the ability to incorporate compassion, competence, effective communication and initiative with a continued commitment to excellence of care. I have become effective in goal-planning and in the formulation of programs aimed to rehabilitate service-users back to their functional baseline, be it through one-to-one work or by group participation that uses meaningful activities graded to suit individual(s).
