Perhaps it will be helpful to share your difficulties, concerns or experiences with someone who isn't involved in your life. It can be hard to speak openly and honestly to family and friends. During your session's you will have the freedom to be open and honest, free from judgement or criticism. I offer a safe, confidential and comfortable space, where you can express yourself and talk freely without feeling judged.Counselling helps to identify the root cause of your difficulties; helps you gain a better understanding of yourself and can also enable growth and change. We will be focusing on what you would like to bring to the sessions and what is important to you. Helping you to make sense of your feelings, thoughts and behaviours. I have an integrative approach, that is tailored to your needs and at your pace. Supporting you to find new ways of coping, uncover strengths, finding your own solutions and helping you to make positive changes. Counselling can give you a different viewpoint and enable you to move forward. Doing the inner work can feel daunting at first, I will be supporting you on your journey of self-discovery, growth and change.I am a qualified & registered integrative counsellor (psychotherapist).
