I believe every person should feel encouraged to persevere, despite hardships they may face. I enjoy helping clients of all ages sort through the various feelings they may have, process these feelings, gain coping skills, and find their smile again.I believe using a gentle, person-centered approach can help you become comfortable with the therapeutic process, understand the short-term and long-term goals you have, and motivate you to take steps towards becoming your best self. I also incorporate yoga and mindfulness in sessions, as I commonly see psychological stress manifest physically in the body.It can be really difficult and uncomfortable to discuss the hard times.
