An extremely hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong passion for delivering first class patient care, as well as being an articulate communicator who understands the importance of both verbal and non-verbal communication and how to adapt these when dealing with a variety of healthcare professionals as well as patients. I have over 5 years of management experience in community pharmacy, as well as over 10 years of pharmacy experience. and during this time, I have developed exceptional leadership skills as well as continuously developing my people skills. I have been able to have a transformative effect on each Pharmacy I have managed, and I know that I will be able to carry these skills into all areas of the Pharmacysector and beyond. I am currently enrolled onto the Independent Prescriber Programme at Medway School of Pharmacy and will be due for completion in June 2024.
