Dr. Howard obtained his medical degree from the University of Kansas. He also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Mount Carmel Medical Center and fellowship in hand and upper extremity at Allegheny General Hospital. Dr. Howard is a part of Plano Orthopedic Sports Medicine & Spine Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Howard is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient's situation and adapts his consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns.
