I utilize a solution focused and non-judgmental approach to help adolescents, adults, couples, and families overcome trauma and other emotional disorders by enhancing confidence and self-esteem while empowering clients to identify a path forward.I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who experienced trauma or struggle with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disorders. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment and a trauma wellness center focused on supporting those impacted by mass violence.I provide space for clients to process uncomfortable emotions and situations while empowering them to be present and future focused.
