I am passionate about transforming the way we engage with healthcare professionals to help them improve patient care, whilst finding creative ways to deliver outstanding results to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. My passion has led me to establish Cheemia and Cheemia ReSET. There is no denying that the pharmaceutical industry is going through immense change: • The pandemic has accelerated digital transformation. • Companies are now experiencing the need for behavioural change. • With healthcare professionals under immense strain, pharma sales reps are finding it extremely difficult to make appointments • They are struggling to replicate the same chemistry through remote channels that they had in face-to-face meetings. We are really lucky at Chemia. I set up the business as remote selling specialists in 2017. Our clients didn’t experience the same struggle with HCP engagement as most pharmaceutical companies. In fact, we have managed to double the sales for one of our clients, despite the pandemic. Seeing the effect the pandemic was having on the industry I love so much, I decided to share my expertise of omnichannel engagement with other sales teams. In August 2020, I launched Cheemia ReSET, a Remote Sales Engagement Training platform. The trainers on the platform have over 50 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, over 10 years of remote sales expertise between them. I have been blown away by the feedback received from sales reps and managers who have embraced Cheemia ReSET. One company increased their engagements fivefold, within weeks of starting the training.
