But beyond my career, I'm also a proud mom, juggling the joys and challenges of parenthood. When I'm not in my office or spending quality time with my own family, you'll often find me exploring the natural beauty of North Carolina, as I believe that nature has a unique way of nurturing the soul.My journey as a therapist began with a deep passion for understanding the human mind and heart. Over the years, I've honed my skills to specialize in addressing depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, as well as ADHD.
