Hi, I’m Mary. I’m an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor based online. My approach to counselling is grounded in Person-Centred theory. This is a non-directive approach to counselling, which means that what we talk about in each session will be led by you the client. I hold an MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy gained through the world renowned course at The University of Strathclyde. I am also a fully registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework for the Counselling Professions.
