A qualified Pharmacist since 2006, my experience in this field is vast and varied, usually working in a high pressure and demanding environment. Started in Community Pharmacy, which included working as a successful Pharmacist manager, Regional Trainer, Learning and Development Partner, Outpatient Pharmacist and more. Spent the last four years as a proud member of the NHS workforce, working with GP practices, acute trusts and Medicines Optimisation colleagues in order to support cost-effective prescribing to ensure NHS resources are used wisely. Currently heavily involved in work related to diabetes. Optimistic, motivational, team leader and member, great communication skills and at ease with delivering and presenting when needed. I most enjoy developing and getting the best out of my people, sharing my experience for the success of others.
