work in mental health inpatient hospital in Liverpool local division since 2015 till date. In 2015, I was part of the facilities management team and my duties involved stock control, taking deliveries and and distributing required weekly supplies to five wards. In 2016, my job role changed as I was asked to perform serve meals to patients in dementia ward and carry out essential cleaning to ensure that our patient live in safe and tidy and dignified environment while receiving treatment In 2017, my experience and understanding of the impact of mental health illness on the ability of people to perform thier daily occupation had broadened as I was privileged to meet individuals with complex/mild mental health illness. My role enabled me to appreciate the effectiveness of listening, engaging and the collaborative care provided by healthcare staffs to Foster patients recovery.
