Dr. Mark Luba is a diligent and experienced family physician. Serving the communities of Glendale, AZ, he works with NC Primary Care Arrowhead. As a part of his educational training, Dr. Luba obtained his medical degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He then completed his family practice residency at the University of Arizona, Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Additionally, he is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Luba is aware of the uniqueness of each case. He, therefore, adapts his consultations and treatment plans accordingly to accommodate individual needs and concerns.
