Prior to qualifying as a Counsellor, I trained in a variety of complementary therapies. I have a particular interest in how trauma impacts the body and how we can not only unpack trauma via talking therapy but also through the body. I believe looking at things holistically.I also bring over 20 years of working with people in the social care, and mental health field often working with marginalised communities. This has enabled me to work with a variety of people and has enriched my experience.
