Maria Galani is a registered MBACP counsellor who is currently working towards her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. She provides tailored therapy sessions, both short-term and long-term. Maria is an existential-integrative therapist. She works with various psychological approaches: Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy. Maria started working in the mental health field in 2009. Maria has gained extensive experience in various settings such as the NHS Primary Care (IAPT service), Employee Assistance Programmes in international and national level, as well as charitable and private agencies. Maria has delivered crisis support trauma therapy, to private corporate organisations and has ran well being resilience groups in the UK. Maria has a special interest in workplace bullying and conflict in the workplaces, and into supporting clients to identify healthy ways of managing the feelings that come out of that process.
