I currently work as a Reablement Occupational Therapist within Renfrewshire Council providing assessments, rehabilitation and care management for adults. I work closely with Care at Home staff, Social Workers and health colleagues to provide an effective, seamless service for service users with various health conditions and needs. I have knowledge and experience of self-directed support, community and group work. I have also been heavily involved in service redesign which has been a great opportunity for myself.
