Sometimes life can be overwhelming and difficult, where it can be hard to find the skills needed to cope and handle life effectively. My goal in counseling is to slow down and identify the core issues impacting your daily functioning, then create an individualized and collaborative approach that will suit your needs. I am passionate about working with those who struggle with Trauma and PTSD, Eating Disorders, and Mood Disorders. I am currently a tele-health only clinician.I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and Person-Centered approaches in my therapeutic style. Also, I love using self compassion techniques to encourage kinder thinking patterns.New beginnings in therapy bring new opportunities to be a better version of yourself. In the therapeutic relationship, I see client feedback, compassion, trust, authenticity and transparency as helping to foster a safe environment to facilitate long term growth and increase self-awareness.
