Respected expertise in arterial and vascular closure, groin management and associated bleeding complications with an emphasis and focus on patient safety and excellent outcomes thru education knowledge. I have recently expanded my medical background to include the field of congestive heart failure and associated diseases, fluid management and associated active research in clinical trials. I currently have the honor of working with a global leader and innovative ultrafiltration therapy called Aquadex which is produced by Nuwellis, Inc. This device has the ability to transform the lives of those who suffer medical conditions or life saving surgery's that may result in fluid overload. I have proven success in facilitation, introducing and launching transformative start-up medical products and therapies and taking them from research phase to complete adoption and standard of care in the cath lab, EP lab, interventional radiology, neurology, various hospital units and OR space. I am skilled at identifying and uncovering unmet customer needs and presenting a solution of value through partnership and trust with my customers. I also have a passion for the support, respect and development of equal opportunity for minorities in the workforce, especially of women.
