Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or another issue that is affecting your well-being at the moment, I can support and help you.My approach is Person-Centred and I aim to build a safe, non-judgemental client relationship in which you can process your feelings at your own pace. I practice in a way which is individual to each person, to encourage inner resources and strengths: whether you are coming to explore a specific issue or because you would like to understand yourself better.I come from a creative background and in addition to practising as a counsellor, am a freelance florist. I feel that I can contribute some of the understanding and learning that my own life experiences have brought me, to my counselling practice. I have a special interest in eating disorders, and experience with working with young people.
