Lauren Aiken LMFT 127252: For the past 15 years, have been supporting expectant parents in the transition to parenthood. Through issues with fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care, I have worked closely with woman facing life changes. More recently I have been focusing therapeutic specialties in broader woman's health issues while working in the OBGYN department of a hospital. There I have led groups for new parents and for woman in perimenopause and menopause transitions. I have my master's degree in psychology from The Wright Institute.I aim to work with woman in all stages of life facing transitions and woman's health issues from infancy to parenthood, youth transitions and woman in perimenopause and menopause. My work with woman to support all sorts of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, grief, rage, hormone changes, and fertility.Together we will identify goals you have for your everyday experience and long-term life. I will learn about your life experience to inform how you view the world and identify patterns that show up for you to think about changes and practices that can relieve your difficulties and create space for new positive experiences.
