Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I received my master's Degree from The University of North Florida and have been practicing for 6 years. I help individuals unravel the overwhelming knots in the thread of life, to and become the best version of themselves. No problem is too big or small for us to collaborate and tackle. My approach I use integrative techniques to help meet you where you are and give you the personalized care that you need. Some therapeutic approaches I use are CBT, Mindfulness, Trauma Focused, Solutions Focused. Most importantly, I get to know you as an individual and meet you where you are. My focus My clients are unique individuals all with personal experiences that have led them to this very moment Whether they are new to therapy or starting over again, my clients are eager to commit to prioritizing their needs through implementing, self-care and self-compassion, learning new ways to cope, or tweaking old ones, all the while processing the difficult events in their lives. I provide affirming and informed therapy via Telehealth. I am inclusive, and non-judgmental and provide a safe space for the the LGBTQ, Polyamory, and Kink communities. I want to help you identify coping strategies and understand how to use them. I use a caring, empathetic, and motivational approach to help guide you on the path of healing and growth. My journey to mental healthcare I am no stranger to trauma, isolation, discomfort, and loss. My personal experience has led me to where I am today.
