My name is Eva and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a very interactive therapist. I like to get to know my client's so he/she can feel comfortable with me. I like to provied my client's a safe enviroment so that the client can feel comfortable building a rapport with me. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, couples relationship issues, parent/child relationships problems, OCD, ADHD, postpartum depression, and post traumatic stress disorder. resurceful My approach My approach is always going to be start where the client is. I often take on the rational-emotive therapy style but have also used it in combination with cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and solution focused therapy. My focus My client's are mostly high functioning, short term clients--client's who need that extra guidance and support. Again, I try to work with any client who comes across my path and will try to assist in any way I can. I, again have worked with but not limited to anxiety, depression, couples relationship issues, parent/child relationships problems, OCD, ADHD, postpartum depression, and post traumatic stress disorder. My communication style I like to provide a safe environment for my clients. I have been told that I am a very approachable and easy to talk to. I have been told that client's like that I provide a sense of ease/relatability when they are in session with me allowing the client to lower their guards/walls that are up. Along with providing a safe environment, I also do challenge my client's by assigning homework and following up the next week to hold them accountable. We work together to help figure out what is happening!
