Welcome! My name is Arlene Yumol. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. You might find yourself here because you are trying to get through one of life's many battles. My goal is to join you in navigating these struggles so that you may find hope, healing, and lasting relationships. My approach I apply a collaborative approach as well as person-centered and mindfulness practices to help best meet the needs of every individual. My focus I am passionate about working with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. I have experience working with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief/loss, identity issues, relationship struggles, and spiritual issues. My communication style I believe that everyone deserves to be happy, healthy and to feel whole. For this matter, I provide a safe and caring environment. My journey to therapy I have always had a passion to help others. I pursued a career in Marriage and Family Therapy to help individuals, as well as, families and couples heal from trauma, grief, and conflict. All, with the hopes that they can feel whole again.
