I draw from attachment and psychodynamic theory in my work with clients. I am a proud military spouse and enjoy connecting with those in the military community. I have extensive experience counseling at the outpatient, residential and crisis levels.My approach is to create an authentic and curious therapeutic relationship that is filled with grace and compassion.
