Dr. Keysha Pietri Mattei is dedicated to providing excellent, evidence-based care at Advanced OBGYN Institute in Weston and Pembroke Pines, Florida. She is passionate about high-risk obstetrics and guiding women through their pregnancy journey. Dr. Pietri earned her medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She then completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at University District Hospital, University of Puerto Rico where she was the Chief Resident. While there, she was honored with the Resident Award for Excellence in Obstetrics in 2021. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new places to eat, spending time with family, and going to concerts. She is fluent in English and also Spanish, her native language.
