I view my office as a place for all to safely process and offer faith-based counseling upon request.I specialize in depression, anxiety, phase of life struggles, grief, co-dependency, and spiritual issues. I utilize supportive listening, grounding techniques, validation, empowerment, and teaching various skills to use in your life to help you achieve wellness. I see children, teens, adults, couples, and families.Deciding to come to counseling can be really daunting and anxiety provoking; I strive to be personable and help you feel at ease whether you're in my office or online.
