I have more than 30 years experience working in mental health and I am accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I continue to maintain my accreditation with regular training and supervision. I worked for many years for Priory Hospitals with different client groups including adolescents, eating disorders, trauma, and general psychiatry. I now have a clinic near to the Itchen bridge in Woolston, Southampton. I see individual clients at my clinic and I also offer Skype and telephone sessions.
