I am an experienced counsellor / therapist and will walk alongside you, whilst you explore any difficulties –past or present. I will support you in developing greater self-understanding and compassion, connect with your strength and belief in yourself, and gain new insights. Each person is different and your life experiences, relationships, thoughts, feelings and actions are unique to you. I have trained in many different approaches to counselling and psychotherapy, and draw on whatever ideas and skills you find the most helpful and right for you.
