As the Integrated Services Manager for ARC, Inpatient and Community Therapies and nursing teams including ICR, ICS, STS&R and Specialist Neuro Physiotherapy within a trust that covers multiple local authorities, I work closely with a variety of partners and stakeholders to ensure strategic planning to meet the operational needs of services to deliver leading and first class health and social care to meet current and future demands.
