I am an experinced Occupational Therapist with over 30 years experience in Health and Social Care. My professional roles have included working in both mental and physical health settings both community and inpatient. I have experience managing and leading teams and providing supervision and mentorship to junior Occupational Therapists. More recently I have been part of a joint family venture in setting up a successful domiciliary care agency and now support with the provision of the induction and refresher training for the Homecare staff.
