I am Dr. Kanchi, a licensed clinical psychologist who is committed to helping youth and adults acquire the tools necessary to be resilient in the face of adversity. Resilience is the ability to cope, adapt to challenges, and 'spring back' from hardship, trauma, or other significant sources of stress. I use evidence-based strategies for a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and adjustment difficulties. I also focus on maternal mental health, physician wellness, youth athletes, and offer resilience skills training for kids, teens and adults.
